FinalFX Waiter
As a Waiter using FinalFX Waiter, your privacy is essential to our daily operations. We ensure that your shift data, order handling metrics, and login credentials remain secure and visible only to authorized restaurant management.

The information collected is used exclusively to facilitate your job functions, evaluate restaurant efficiency, and calculate appropriate compensation or tips where applicable. It also helps us secure your account against unauthorized access.
Your performance data (such as average order-taking time) is collected purely to optimize restaurant workflows. We never share staff performance metrics with third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or any external entities.
All shift and operational logs are stored on secure servers with restricted access. We retain your data only for as long as you are actively employed by the restaurant or as required by local employment laws.

FinalFX Chef
The FinalFX Chef system is designed for high-efficiency kitchen display. We collect strictly operational data necessary to route orders, track ticket times, and manage kitchen inventory without compromising your privacy.

All kitchen display metrics and station assignments are encrypted and securely transmitted locally or to authorized cloud dashboards. We implement stringent access controls to ensure that only authorized restaurant management can view this data.
We do not use kitchen metrics for any purpose other than operational analytics and restaurant management. Your data is retained strictly according to the restaurant's internal data retention policies and is never sold to third parties.
FinalFX Rider
To provide real-time delivery updates to customers and restaurant dispatchers, FinalFX Rider requires access to your device's background location. We only track your location while you are actively marked as "On Shift" or "Delivering". If you go offline, location tracking ceases immediately.
When you use our services, we collect the following types of information:
GPS Coordinates & Routing: Used for route optimization, tracking, and estimating arrival times.
Vehicle & Profile Information: Vehicle type, registration details, and profile photo for customer verification.
Contact Details & Communications: Phone numbers and in-app chat logs, shared masked with customers strictly for delivery communication.
Earnings & Delivery History: Records of completed deliveries, tips, and calculated earnings.
Your live location is shared exclusively with the ordering customer and the restaurant management dashboard during an active delivery. We do not sell your personal data or location history to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with law enforcement only if required by a valid legal request.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your location data in transit and at rest. Historical location data is retained only for a limited period to resolve disputes, handle support tickets, or process payments, after which it is aggregated or deleted.
You have full control over your device's location permissions through your OS settings. However, revoking background location access may prevent you from accepting or fulfilling delivery orders. You may also request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
